Shipping Policy
At Infinity Electronics, we are committed to reliable and transparent fulfillment for our B2B customers. This shipping policy outlines how and when orders are processed and delivered.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday through Thursday. Our standard fulfillment lead time is 1–3 business days for in-stock items. Backordered items may require additional time, and we will notify you promptly of any delays.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship orders by pallet or LCL (Less-than-Container Load) freight. In certain cases, small parcel shipments may be used, though this is infrequent. Shipping arrangements are determined by the customer, including the selection of freight forwarders and carriers.
Incoterms & Transfer of Risk
We ship orders based on standard Incoterms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Risk and ownership of goods transfer according to these terms.
Freight Charges
When Infinity Electronics arranges transportation to a customer-designated freight forwarder, freight charges will be included on the invoice. These charges cover transportation from our warehouse to the specified forwarder. All other shipping costs, including international freight, are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to multiple regions, with brand availability varying by territory. For questions about regional availability or destination eligibility, please contact your account representative.
Insurance
Insurance during transit is the responsibility of the customer. If insurance is required, we recommend arranging coverage through your selected carrier or logistics provider.
Receiving Guidelines
All shipments must be inspected by the customer upon delivery. If any visible damage is noted, customers must report it immediately and provide both photo and video documentation. This ensures we can support any necessary communication with carriers or manufacturers.
