Returns

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We do not accept returns except in cases where the product received is materially defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

• Any return must be pre-authorized in writing by Infinity Electronics.
• Return requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the shipment.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• A restocking fee may apply at our discretion.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

• If a return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• If an order is canceled prior to shipment and no costs have been incurred, a full refund may be issued.
• If an item is out of stock or discontinued after payment is made, we will offer a refund or alternative options.

Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once goods have left our facility, the order is considered final and non-cancellable.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• For special orders, custom items, or bulk quantities, cancellations may not be permitted once processing begins.
• Backordered items can be canceled at any time before they ship.
